Energy demands are increasing day by because almost all equipment that supports human activities uses electrical energy. CIGS solar cells an energy source is environmentally friendly, renewable, and has high efficiency. Selenium one of the materials used in making cell CIGS. However, researchers often find problems this material hard to dissolve compared other (copper, indium, gallium). Therefore, study, pure selenium will be synthesized produce dioxide (SeO2) as a for with electrodeposition. The XRF showed resulting 99.077%, SEM-EDX At% from SeO2 greater than selenium, XRD orientation on (211) (105).
